Shipping & Returns
All of our products are made just for you upon receipt of your order. Most of our products arrive within 4-7 days of the order placement. Our wallpaper rolls ship via FedEx Ground within 14-21 business days of order receipt.
We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Please ship your item(s) back to:

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment shortly after STUDIO MOTIF CO. receives and processes the eligible item. If we are unable to refund the original method of payment, STUDIO MOTIF CO. will provide you with store credit for the amount of the refund due to you, which may be used for purchases on www.studiomotifco.com.
Damage in Transit
Please fully inspect the product upon receipt and notify us immediately via email at email@example.com if there was any damage during shipment. (Ideally, take photograph as well if the packaging is damaged.) Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. For damaged or defective items, you will receive a replacement order of the same item. If you choose to get a refund for an eligible returned, damaged or defective item (as specified above), you’ll be refunded the purchase price and applicable sales tax.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please note, damaged or defective items do not need to be shipped back if a photo is submitted and a replacement will be mailed.
If you are shipping an item over $50.00, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you receive a gift from STUDIO MOTIF CO. and you don't absolutely love it, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, you will be emailed with a credit.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
